Even though we have been on the market for several years, we are still at the cutting edge of new opportunities presented to us, to make progress. In spring of 2016, we decided to highlight “IMMOTOP.LU Generation”. Some people grew up with our portal, and today these people are the future buyers and renters. These students or young workers look like us, we share the same values.
URBAN DISPLAYS
Twice a year we set up a national poster campaign to promote the portal to the general public.
The posters are distributed all over the country in displays outdoors, indoors and on the outside of buses, as well as at the central train station and in parking areas. We are targeting Luxembourgers, but also the cross-border population who pass through the city center daily and who are increasingly interested in real estate investment within the country.

We have complemented our campaign by diversifying media through a cinema and Youtube advertising broadcasted on several other media.

We increase our visibility through the social network Facebook in order to promote our listing, but also to complement our points of contact with customers on an additional media source.

AGRICULTURAL FAIR IN ETTELBRUCK
Every year the city of Ettelbruck organizes the Agricultural Fair dedicated to Luxembourgish agriculture, with more than 30,000 visitors. This event is the result of collaboration between Germany, the Grand Duchy and Belgium. It is a point of information exchange between farmers and merchants in the Grande Région of Luxembourg.
The IMMOTOP.LU team takes part in the fair for three days in its full force to promote our brand and inform visitors about our business.
HOUSING WEEK
The National Housing Week has become an important event for anyone looking for a property in Luxembourg.
The IMMOTOP.LU stand has joined in together with the stand of our partner, ING Bank, to present the best offers to visitors and to give away lots of prizes in order to raise our popularity.
